Paul joined the Corporate Commercial department at Silverman Sherliker in November 2011 having previously worked at an international law firm in Madrid and a Fortune 500 company in his native Ireland. He has experience in advising both national and international clients on a wide variety of matters including company incorporations, company sale & purchases, due diligences, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, agency agreements, confidentiality agreements and advising businesses on their terms & conditions for trading.  His experience includes advising multi-national companies, small and medium-sized enterprises and private clients from the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy, financial and media sectors.

Paul is qualified to practise law in England & Wales, Ireland, New York and Spain. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is equally adept at advising on contracts in either language.
