Victoria handles both contentious and non-contentious matters in the Employment Department. She is adept at drafting and advising clients on a broad range of employment contracts, including directors’ service agreements, employment policies and compromise agreements. Victoria regularly advises individuals on the grievance procedure, drafting grievances and appeals for employees as well as advising employers on responding to grievances and disciplining employees.
Victoria is experienced in Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, race discrimination, sex discrimination and TUPE matters. Her clients include small to medium enterprises and individuals.
Prior to starting her training contract at Silverman Sherliker, Victoria has worked in a law firm in Madrid. She qualified in May 2007 into the Employment Department.
