Steven has experience in all aspects of residential property work, gained whilst working in a number of specialised London firms. He has advised clients in a range of commercial and residential properties such as private houses, shops, offices and flats. His work has included a portfolio re-mortgage of £25M (portfolio valued at over £75M), sales and purchases of houses and flats and dealing with enfranchisement and lease extensions. Steven heartily endorses technological advancement in conveyancing practice, including the use of the Land Registry online, HMRC for Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns online, the National Land Information Service (NLIS), Searchflow for all conveyancing Searches and MDA Advantage for HIP production.
Having obtained his LLB (Hons) in 2000 from Middlesex University, Steven went on to complete his Legal Practice Course in 2001 before being admitted as a solicitor in 2003, and specialising in residential conveyancing law.
