Jonathan has extensive experience in litigation, ranging from commercial contractual disputes to complex intellectual property and I.T. claims, often with an international element. He also specialises in shareholder disputes, property-related claims, breaches of covenant in employment matters, debt collection and claims before the Companies Court. Being a keen advocate, Jonathan particularly enjoys representing clients before both the High Court and County Courts.
Having completed his LLB in 1999, Jonathan went on to do his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford, qualifying in 2005. He joined Silverman Sherliker in 2005, specialising in commercial litigation.
One thing you may be interested to know about Jonathan is that he is a devoted squash player.
