John has over 20 years experience of property litigation representing landlords, tenants and property owners, often in the more complex and demanding cases.
John has the rare claim to fame of having taken 5 commercial lease renewal cases to trial (and won each one!).
He also has considerable experience of dilapidations, service charge disputes, squatters’ actions, possession claims, rights of lights and party wall matters.
John has also developed a particular speciality in relation to leases and licences for mobile phone masts and the operation of the Telecommunications Code. |

Nick has extensive experience of acting in contentious property matters. Nick's clients include individuals and businesses and he has a particular interest in disputes involving construction related issues and before the Lands Tribunal.
Nick has also acted in matters heard before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, County Court and High Court and his clients have successfully participated in alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation and arbitration. |

Stefan qualified into the firm’s property litigation department over 2 years ago. He has developed a keen interest in possession claims, lease renewals and extensions, nuisance claims and leasehold enfranchisement work.
Stefan particularly enjoys a day in court but encourages his clients to settle claims if at all possible so as to achieve the most cost effective solution.
Stefan has a keen interest in online marketing development and is involved in developing and managing the firm's substantial portfolio of respective enquiries. |
