Asil specialises in commercial litigation. She deals with a broad range of clients but specialises mainly in breach of contract and contentious elements of credit and security law. She has an LLM in Banking and Finance Law from University College London and wrote her dissertation on securitisation law. Before qualifying as a solicitor, Asil worked as a paralegal for four years, specialising in real estate law.
Asil completed her law degree at the University of Leicester and her Legal Practice Course at the London College of Law.
Prior to joining Silverman Sherliker in 2007 Asil worked at another City law firm, where she was involved in a number of high profile real estate deals including the sale of London City Airport.
