Andrew Kidd heads the private client practice within the firm, advising on all aspects of succession planning through the use of wills and trusts. His practice deals with the administration of estates on death and trusts for tax and asset protection purposes. Andrew advises on property co-ownership and the devolution of such property in the event of dispute or death. He also advises on contentious matters in challenging or defending the validity of a will and advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries on a range of succession-related disputes.
Andrew's clients span all ages and sectors and he has a particular focus in acting for City professionals, often involving foreign jurisdiction issues such as matters of residence and domicile.
In his specialist discipline, Andrew has contributed to the Solicitors Journal, The Daily Mail and The Guardian, and has broadcast on the BBC.
In September 2010, Andrew was included in a list of Top 35 Under 35 private client advisers compiled by Private Client Practitioner, a journal for leading private client professionals.
