Ana is a trainee solicitor currently working in the firm’s Litigation department.

Ana joined Silverman Sherliker as a trainee solicitor in July 2010. She spent her first seat in the Family Law department where she assisted solicitors on a wide range of family matters including a complex relocation case. Ana’s second seat was in the IP & Commercial Law department where she assisted with trade mark applications, copyright disputes and assignments, drafting counterstatements, witness statement, co-existence agreements as well as other commercial agreements.

Ana is currently undertaking her third seat in the Employment Law Department, where she assists with tribunal litigation, compromise agreements, redundancy procedures and employment and consultancy contracts.

Ana graduated with a First Class Honours degree from the University of Leeds where she read History and English Literature. Upon completing her degree Ana worked as an Operations Manager for a start up business in West London and later in a niche headhunting firm specialising in international recruitment of Intellectual Property professionals, in particular Patent Attorneys.

She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Bloomsbury, London.
